Oktober, um 20 Uhr im Roten Saal im Schloss, Schlossplatz 1.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mitglieder der sechsk\u00f6pfigen Frauenband, die ihre Virtuosit\u00e4t und drei kraftvolle Stimmen mit einer Reihe von individuellen musikalischen Einfl\u00fcssen vereinigen, spielen einen Mix aus \u201eScottish Folk\u201c mit g\u00e4lischem Liedgut sowie amerikanischem \u201eBluegrass\u201c. Eintrittskarten sind an allen bekannten Vorverkaufsstellen zum Preis von 17 Euro, erm\u00e4\u00dfigt 8,50 Euro sowie an der Abendkasse zum, Preis von 20 Euro, erm\u00e4\u00dfigt 10 Euro erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<p>Die Band \u201eThe Shee\u201c wurde bei den \u201eMG Albs Scots Trad Awards\u201c als bester Live Act nominiert und die Harfenistin Rachel Newton wurde Musikerin des Jahres beim \u201eBBC Radio Folk Award\u201c. Das Folk- und World Music-Magazin \u201efRoots\u201c erw\u00e4hlte deren viertes und bislang neuestes Album \u201eContinuum\u201c zum Album des Monats und schrieb dazu: \u201eThe Shee haben die Folk-Landschaft bereits wesentlich gepr\u00e4gt, aber dieses hervorragende Album bringt sie nochmals auf ein anderes Level\u201c.
